YIN Moon Infusion
Awaken and rest your body, with long holds and challenging stretches. Opposites attract! This works large and small joint areas more than muscular. A slow meditative practice with poses on the ground focused on opening meridian energy channels. We will use the lunar mandala and chakra alignments for inspiration and meditation.
Gentle Hatha & Restorative Wisdom
Getting back to basics we will go over different movement slowly and step by step and then in the last half of class use restorative poses to further relive stress and tension in the body. Super Gentle. Accessible Yoga. Suitable for movement impaired or therapeutic needs.
